Karl Schledwitz
Executive Chairman
Karl is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, a trained lawyer and an experienced executive who has raised over $80 million in venture capital; founding, developing, growing and selling successful businesses. Karl's business acumen has given him a keen eye for the right opportunities. Karl was appointed to the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees in 2005 and serves on the Academic and Student Life and Outreach committees and is the Chairman of Southland Companies in Memphis, Tennessee.
 
Wes Jackson
President and CEO
Wes graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and went to work for Reelfoot Packing Co., where he he found success as a Route Manager and District Manager. Wes then spent 15 years with Sara Lee Corporation in a variety of sales, marketing and operations positions with the Jimmy Dean Foods division and ultimately becoming one of the youngest division presidents in Sara Lee's history. Wes' passion is new business development.
 
Don Brunson
Chief Operating Officer
Don holds BBA and MBA degrees from Emory University and Georgia Southern; respectively. Prior to joining Monogram in 2006, he was Brand Manager with Proctor & Gamble, Marketing Director with Borden Foods, Vice President Business Development with the Sara Lee Meat Group ($3 Billion in Sales) and Executive Vice President with Jimmy Dean Foods.
 
Jeff Combs
Chief Financial Officer
With 26 years industry experience, Jeff is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received a BS in Accountancy, magna cum laude. A licensed CPA, Jeff has served in various finance and accounting roles including public accounting. Before joining Monogram Food Solutions, he served as CFO for a multi-faceted company which manufactured and distributed BEER NUTS Brand Snacks.
 
Mark Olivito
VP Emeril Coffee &
Business Development
Mark comes to the team from Catalina Marketing; where he managed consumer product accounts and marketing services. Mark spent 4 years in Category Management with Kraft Foods; followed by 5 years at Sara Lee as Director of Trade Marketing and Demand Management. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a dual major in Marketing and Management.
 
Kirk Harris
VP & GM
Monogram Brands
Kirk graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in General Business. He began his career in the meat business with the Reelfoot Packing Co. Kirk was recruited to manage the King Cotton Meats for Sara Lee and over the last 10 years held a variety of positions there until joining Monogram in 2005.
 
Kathy Mullins
Vice President Marketing
With a BBA in Marketing from Ole Miss University, Kathy began a career with the Kroger Company that spanned 17 years of marketing and operations management, developing systems and programs designed to improve communications and drive sales. She joined the Monogram team in 2004 and is responsible for marketing program development and execution.

Ches Jackson
President and COO
Ches graduated of the University of Tennessee at Martin along side his brother Wes and who also went to work for Reelfoot Packing Co., where he was Account Manager. Then it was on to Sara Lee where he was a Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales-Club, C-store and Military for the Bryan Foods Division. Ches has over a quarter century of sales management and P&L experience in the CPG industry, most recently with ConAgra where he managed $800 million in sales across all brand categories.
 
Jeff Johnson
VP Operations
2 decades production experience with processed meats working with Sara Lee Corporation (Bil Mar), General Mills (Lloyd’s), John Morrell, Carolina Turkeys, and most recently SFG, where he served as VP/General Manager for a 500 person Owensboro, KY plant.  BA in Organizational Management and Communication from Concordia University.
 
David McLinden
Controller
David's background includes being an accountant for 4 years with BKD (a regional CPA firm), an internal auditor with Met Life, Financial Services Accounting Supervisor at Earthgrains and a Senior Accountant with the Jimmy Dean Foods division of Sara Lee Corporation.
 
Bill Schneider
VP Sales - North
Bill graduated from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois in 1982 and has excelled in the food business with industry giants Oscar Mayer, Con Agra, Sara Lee and John Morrell; running sales & marketing operations before coming to Monogram. His food industry knowledge, specifically perishables, is invaluable to Monogram.
 
Joe Montgomery
VP Sales - South
Joe Montgomery joined the Management Team in 2006 with twenty years experience with three multi billion dollar corporations advancing through increased levels of responsibility. Joe founded and ran a Sales and Marketing Agency, growing it to fifty employees and over $150 million in sales over eight years.
 
Mark Van Dam
Materials Director
Mark's vast experience with Trail's Best includes Shipping/Receiving and Production, procurement and direct materials, Direct Material Manager and RTR Plant Change Agent and Material Planning Manager.

Steve Hofford
VP/General Manager
Steve joined the management team in 2006 after our acquisition of his manufacturing business.  He brings with him over two decades of senior sales and operational management experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry with companies such as Bar-S Foods and the Specialty Food Group. Prior to joining our team, Steve owned and founded the Simply Good Foods Group, a manufacturer and marketer of corn dogs.
