$80 million in venture capital; founding, developing, growing and selling successful businesses. Karl's business acumen
has given him a keen eye for the right opportunities. Karl was appointed to the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees in 2005
and serves on the Academic and Student Life and Outreach committees and is the Chairman of Southland Companies in Memphis, Tennessee.

Wes Jackson President and CEO |
Wes graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and went to work for Reelfoot Packing Co., where he he found success as a Route Manager and District Manager.
Wes then spent 15 years with Sara Lee Corporation in a variety of sales, marketing and operations positions with the Jimmy Dean Foods division and ultimately
becoming one of the youngest division presidents in Sara Lee's history. Wes' passion is new business development.

Don holds BBA and MBA degrees from Emory University and Georgia Southern; respectively. Prior to joining Monogram in 2006, he was Brand Manager with
Proctor & Gamble, Marketing Director with Borden Foods, Vice President Business Development with the Sara Lee Meat Group ($3 Billion in Sales) and
Executive Vice President with Jimmy Dean Foods.

Jeff Combs Chief Financial Officer |
With 26 years industry experience,
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign where he received a BS in Accountancy, magna cum
laude. A licensed CPA, Jeff has served in various finance and
accounting roles including public accounting. Before joining
Monogram Food Solutions, he served as CFO for a multi-faceted
company which manufactured and distributed BEER NUTS Brand Snacks.

Mark Olivito VP Emeril Coffee & Business Development |
Mark comes to the team from Catalina Marketing; where he managed consumer product accounts and marketing services. Mark spent 4 years in Category
Management with Kraft Foods; followed by 5 years at Sara Lee as Director of Trade Marketing and Demand Management. He is a graduate of Northeastern
University with a dual major in Marketing and Management.

Kirk Harris VP & GM Monogram Brands |
Kirk graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in General Business. He began his career in the meat
business with the Reelfoot Packing Co. Kirk was
recruited to manage the King Cotton Meats for Sara Lee and over the last 10 years held a variety of positions there until joining Monogram in 2005.

Kathy Mullins Vice President Marketing |
With a BBA in Marketing from Ole Miss University, Kathy began a career with the Kroger Company that spanned 17 years of marketing and operations management,
developing systems and programs designed to improve communications and drive sales. She joined the Monogram team in 2004 and is responsible for marketing program
development and execution.
